Study with us

The Department of Engineering Technology is dedicated to providing education centred around practical applications, fostering career independence, and nurturing responsibility. Presently, the department offers three Bachelor of Engineering (BET) Honours degrees.

Our students receive a solid theoretical foundation, practical training on-site, and hands-on applications, equipping them with knowledge and experience right from the first semester to embark on successful careers immediately after graduation. With a strong emphasis on the real-world implementation of engineering principles, students have the opportunity to transform their innovative concepts into tangible solutions within an ever-evolving technological landscape. Through on-site training, laboratory work, and projects, students acquire invaluable experience in both academic and real-world scenarios.

Business and industry connections

We strongly believe in the power of industrial collaborations to bridge the gap between academia and the professional world. We actively cultivate partnerships with industries, creating a mutually beneficial exchange that enriches both our academic programs and the practical applications of engineering.

These collaborations offer our students invaluable exposure to real-world challenges, industry best practices, and emerging trends. Through internships, co-op programs, and joint projects, our students gain firsthand experience in working within industrial settings, honing their skills and adapting their knowledge to meet industry demands. These interactions not only bolster their confidence but also provide a seamless transition from classroom theories to practical implementation.
