As part of KDU’s commitment to aligning its degree programmes with the evolving demands of the workforce, Faculty of Technology – KDU intends to introduce new degree programmes such as Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Information Communication Technology – Dambulla Campus and Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning – Pinnawala Campus. The need analysis for the above-mentioned degree programmes was held on 15th May 2024 from 1000 to 1230 hours in a hybrid format at the conference hall, Faculty of Technology, KDU. During this need analysis meeting, valuable insights and feedback from industry experts and academicians were gathered and ensured that the curriculum development process takes into account both industrial requirements and academic standards.
